What is your refund & exchange policy?

Because each TBP item is screen printed by hand on demand, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order upon reception, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will assist as best we can.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Production time before shipping can vary anywhere from 4-6 business days. Shipping time is dependent upon your choice of shipping when purchasing.

I ordered through Etsy. Why don't I see my order here?

Any orders placed through our Etsy shop will show up on Etsy only. If you have any issues with or questions about your Etsy order, please reach out to us there.

I don't see my size on a specific listing. Do you offer other sizes?

We are actively working on expanding our size range! For now, if you would like to order a different size, please reach out to us via email at thebookishprint@gmail.com or via the contact form here on our website. There is no guarantee that we will be able to honor your request, but we will try to help you as best we can.

What is the best way to wash/handle my TBP items?

To ensure that your TBP apparel stays in the best condition, follow these washing/handling instructions:

Turn your garment inside out when washing it and wash in cold water with a mild detergent on a delicate cycle.

Stay away from bleach, fabric softeners, and other abrasive chemicals.

Hang up to dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting available.

Do not iron over print.

Do not dry clean.

Will you ever run out of stock?

We make our items as they ordered, so there is no premade stock that makes up our inventory. The chances of running out of stock are extremely low. If this were to happen, we would update our listings as soon as possible to reflect this and to ensure that all placed orders are fulfilled.

I placed more than one order. Can you combine them?

No. We ship items out by purchase order. This applies to orders placed through our website and orders placed through our Etsy shop as well.

I received my order and an item was missing or defective. What do I do?

Do you ship internationally?

We do, but only through our Etsy shop. Feel free to place an order with us here. You can also find the link up in our header.

It is also important to note that we are not responsible for any customs or import fees that international orders may incur.

Do you sell wholesale?

Not right now, but we may in the future. If you're interested, feel free to let us know! We will take it into consideration.

Do you take on commissions for authors and other individuals?
